- Late arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst full treatment fee will be paid
- Cellular phones must be put on silent not on vibration during treatments
- Please keep your voice down at all time to ensure other guests enjoy their treatments
- Vouchers are valid for a year – contact us to purchase a voucher.
- Vouchers purchased for treatment cannot be used to purchase products
- Products purchased are not refundable
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Using of any facilities is at your own risk
- Smoking is not allowed inside the spa

- We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking
- To confirm Spa packages / group pamper, full payment is required min 48hrs prior to appointment date
- No show” on the day of scheduled appointment, without prior notice of 12hrs will be charged the full treatment cost
- If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24hrs and the treatment cannot be rebooked , the client may be charged up to 50% cancellation fee
- The remaining balance is requested 2 days prior the pamper party
- If 1 member of the group could not make it on the day a treatment voucher will be issued
- Photoshoot time will be cut short if you where late for your session
- maximum of 2 adults are allowed to monitor kids party
- Please note we have a 48-hour cancellation policy – prior to your treatment date
- Please remember to bring your own swimming costume for the use of facilities
- You are allowed to postpone your booking twice, thereafter no refunds allowed unless alternative appointment date is booked
